Lindsay Monal is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Meditation Facilitator dedicated to helping people cultivate more compassionate, restful, and joyful lives. She has shared her passion for wellness through classes and teacher trainings in North Jersey and New York City, as well as international yoga and meditation retreats.
