I am Adriana, a qualified sound therapy practitioner with 6 year experience working one on one and with groups. I am a Holistic Counsellor with experience in mindfulness workshops. Based in the Blue Mountains NSW Australia.

Through the use of Sound Therapy Holistic counselling, I endeavour to create an environment that supports the individual to cultivate the qualities of calmness, relaxation and reflection which in turn relieves stress, tension, mental and physical agitation. My aim is to assist people to find the pathway back into their heart, their inner truth and to enhance their mental and emotional wellbeing through the use of sound frequencies and creative psycho-somatic (body-mind) processes.
