Meet Jodi!

The world of mindfulness is Jodi’s sanctuary and space for self-awareness and healing. It’s from this space, where she delights in combining the power of physical movement, the silence of meditative inflection, and the warmth of sound to produce antidotes to stress and equip her clients with powerful tools to live their best lives. Her passion for yogic wisdom shines through her teaching, which has created a safe, and supportive environment for her growing community.

With a focus on delivering a holistic approach to wellness, Jodi is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance 500 – ERYT and the Davidji Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Academy. She also has a magic touch with her Crystal Tones® sound healing bowls, which she uses to share the powerful benefits of sound therapy.

Jodi grew up amidst the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City but now calls Marin County, California her home. You can find her around the Bay Area offering classes and healing sessions or in her newly opened Kentfield Crystal Tones® retail space at the foot of Mt. Tamalpais where she offers a knowledge base and a full complement of Crystal Tones sound healing bowls for anyone ready to become a sound healer!
