Studio Meiso

Studio Meisō is a boutique small-group meditation and wellness studio located in Conejo Valley. We offer guided mindfulness practices for all levels, sound meditations, group reiki gatherings, and wellness events and retreats. The name Meisō carries multiple beautiful meanings in Japanese, including spiritual gathering, contemplation, and, of course, meditation. At Studio Meisō, we create a space for connection, reflection, and personal growth through mindful practices and community experiences.
